ATTORNEY
Yuliya Pashkova
Yuliya was born and raised in Siberia, Russia, and immigrated to the United States as an adult — which is the reason she practices this area of law and not another one. She knows what it is to wait on a decision from a government that will not explain itself, to read a notice she did not understand, and to plan a life around a date that kept moving. She received her attorney license in 2005 in Chicago, Illinois. Before focusing her practice on immigration, she spent several years working in the field of criminal law — experience that matters daily in naturalization and waiver cases, where old records must be read through an immigration lens. Her practice covers family immigration, asylum, EB-1 and EB-2 national interest waiver petitions, naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility, appeals, and R-1 religious worker visas. She consults in Russian and English, so nothing about a case has to survive a translation. Licensed in Illinois and authorized by federal law to represent clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Board of Immigration Appeals in all fifty states, she serves clients well beyond San Diego and applicants still abroad.
PARALEGAL
Anastasiia Pavlyukova
Anastasiia Pavlyukova is an Immigration Paralegal from Donetsk, Ukraine, with over five years of experience in U.S. immigration law. She holds a Paralegal Certificate from Evergreen Valley College and is completing her law degree at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management in Ukraine. Her experience includes EB-1, EB-2 NIW, family-based immigration, K-1 and K-3 visas, TPS, Re-Parole, I-90, N-400, consular processing, adjustment of status, change of status, asylum, and R-1 petitions. Anastasiia is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian and provides certified translations. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing the intellectual game of Mafia, exploring new restaurants as a food enthusiast, and playing padel.

The longest stage, and the one that decides most cases. We tell you exactly which documents to gather, in what form — and we assemble and index the file ourselves.

We answer government requests, prepare you for the interview, and calendar every next deadline — removal of conditions, extensions, the naturalization date — so nothing lapses.
